BCMP 180 - Microsoft Project Levels 1 and 2


Course Description
This course is an immersion into Microsoft Project software, intended to help you manage your projects successfully. As you gain an overview of project management skills, you will explore this program as a crucial tool, using it to create a work breakdown schedule, sequence tasks, assign resources, and sort and filter project data.

From there, you will build your Project software skills by learning how to track progress, adjust schedules, print various reports, manage consolidated projects, import/export data and customize.

  • Software Requirements:
    • Windows 7 or higher,
    • Microsoft Office Professional 2013 for PC or Microsoft Office 365, and
    • Internet Explorer 11 or higher.
  • Important Notes: All students begin on the listed start date. Your end date is based on the length of the course. You are required to meet any assessment deadlines set by the instructor. Extensions are not available for non-credit courses.
