LAND 161 - Manitoba Land Practices
Course Description
This course provides a basic understanding of the key concepts involved in land administration in Manitoba. Topics covered include: federal and provincial land history and ownership; the role of land administration; land survey systems; freehold mineral tenure; and surface rights in Manitoba. Course assignments have been developed for those with no or very little experience in land practices in Manitoba.
