MNGT 007 - Residential Project Management


Course Description
This course provides a framework of standard project management concepts and processes. A selection of common skills and practices are introduced, using examples drawn primarily from Residential Construction.

We’ll cover the basic principles of modern project management while explaining the process of scope and activity development. You will learn how to develop a schedule and how to differentiate estimating tools and contract types. You’ll also receive training on how to manage human resources and project communication, monitoring and control, and how to identify quality and risk activities.
