Course Description
This course provides an introduction to right of way management in the oil and gas sector. After completing this course you will be able to describe stakeholder and Indigenous engagement requirements; read and interpret right of way drawing and contractual agreements associated with surface rights, and explain the necessary care and monitoring procedures of right of ways.
