MKTG 121 - Customer Satisfaction Course Description This course provides an introduction to the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and how it impacts a service facility. Learn and practice the key elements that contribute to creating and maintaining high levels of customer trust and satisfaction, and the ways in which customer retention and loyalty can be established and improved. The course also explores the difference between internal and external customers, how to deal with difficult customers, and industry best practices relating to customer satisfaction.
