ORGB 111 - Professionalism in Action

Course Description
This course provides frontline leaders with an overview of business and personal professionalism as it applies in the workplace. By defining the concept of professionalism as a tool for service excellence, regardless of rank, level or title, we’ll explore the attitudes, behaviour traits and key skills that set those who act professionally apart. Upon examining the role of confidentiality in the workplace, business attire and grooming, and workplace use of social media, you will develop action plans for communicating and reinforcing best practices in each of the three areas.
