MGMT 296 - Agile in Practice

Course Description
This course provides you with an in-depth and practical view of the fundamental philosophy and practices behind Agile’s evolutionary software development. You will learn about Agile teams, communication, gathering business requirements, continually delivering quality and value, and measuring progress. Through group discussions and hands-on exercises, you will gain a deeper understanding of Agile as a software development methodology and how to put it into practice.
