CPRG 254 - .NET Development w/ADO.NET

Course Description
This course teaches the essential elements of ADO.NET using Visual Studio and the .NET Framework. With hands-on training you will acquire the skills and knowledge to build effective database applications. We will examine SQL queries and database fundamentals using SQL Server before covering the main ADO.NET object model. You will learn to work with data in a connected and disconnected environment as well as building data-centric applications in an n-tier architecture. We will also define the relationship between ADO.NET and XML and introduce LINQ. VB.NET and C# languages will be used in demonstrations and exercises.

This course is part of the .NET Development Certificate of Achievement.
