This practical based class will cover topics pertaining to teaching indoor recreational cycling courses.

Must hold current AFLCA Exercise Theory and Group Exercise certificate.

Please bring pen and paper, a water bottle, and athletic wear for the practical portion. Parking will be validated to a pre-set value for registered participants. Please bring your ticket to the Wellness Desk before class for validation.
