PROJ 217 - Project Execution

Course Description
This project execution workshop, based on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) latest PMBOK Guide, focuses on effectively overseeing and managing the various components of a project to successful completion. During project execution, project team members and stakeholders must work together to carry out the plan and stay in line with the project’s scope, time, cost, and quality objectives. You will examine and apply proven tools and techniques for quality assurance, project team development, project information distribution, and selection of sellers.
