PROJ 213 - Project Planning I Course Description This project planning workshop, based on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) latestPMBOK Guide, focuses on the process of building a comprehensive and realistic project plan. You will learn how to develop the project’s schedule, cost and quality baselines which will be used to monitor and control the project as it is executed. As part of the planning process, scope is developed, project activities are defined and sequenced, resources are assigned and quality standards are set. You will also consider the human dimension of project planning and the importance of assembling the best team you can.
