LDSH 240 - Strategic Planning

Course Description
This strategic planning course provides an overview of theory and practice designed to help you build the “what” and the “how” into a strategic plan for your organization.

Explore the role of strategy within your company, department or unit in relation to the importance of strategic planning in today’s greater business environment. You will examine and create goals and objectives, vision and mission statements, and action plans to implement each strategy.

We will identify the elements necessary for an organization to be change-ready and we will use a case study to apply the tools of strategic thinking while learning how to present a strategic plan with confidence.
