PROJ 215 - Project Initiation

Course Description
This workshop, based on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) latest PMBOK Guide, provides you with a detailed understanding of the best practice process to properly initiate a project and begin the planning process. You will learn how to develop a project charter document and manage the scope of the project. Special emphasis will be given to the project selection process, stakeholder analysis, creation of the project charter, and communications planning.
