Course Description
To be truly competitive, everyone in the organization must be contributing their skills, expertise, knowledge and ideas to the goals of the company. When teams are effective, they tap into the knowledge and resources of every single member and generate enthusiasm and commitment toward a common goal. In this session, participants will learn what the conditions for high performing teams are. Also, to contribute effectively to team members must do everything they can to build rapport and trust with those around them.
