Course Description
Today’s leaders, whether they are frontline supervisors, middle managers, project leaders or senior executives, must know how to work with people in a manner that facilitates their capacity to learn as well as their capacity to perform. The role of leader is moving from “boss” to “coach”.

This business course in leadership will help you become an effective “coach”. You will learn how to develop a coaching perspective by understanding the key principles of coaching, coaching partnerships and by practicing coaching tools and skills in your work situation.
