Course Description
Transitioning to post-secondary can be a challenge for anyone. This orientation course is designed to help prepare you to succeed in your studies at SAIT. Topics covered include managing time, learning strategically, improving memory, taking effective notes in class, working in teams and managing exam anxiety and stress.

Learn about yourself through self-reflection and self-assessment while learning skills and strategies to maximize your post-secondary experience at SAIT. These skills apply to your learning experience and are transferable life skills that will benefit you in your career as well.
