LDSH 161 - Leadership
Course Description
Using case studies and reflective analysis, this leadership course empowers you to analyze and compare elements of leadership in order to identify your own strengths and preferred leadership style.
Leadership training topics covered include: leadership vs. management, corporate culture, leadership analysis, and strategic and tactical planning.
Leadership may be taken independently or as one of seven courses in SAIT’s Food and Beverage Leadership Certificate of Achievement program.
