MMGT 203 - Workplace Bullying

Course Description
Workplace Bullying has a profoundly negative impact on both the individual and the employer through increased absenteeism, decreased productivity, and low morale. Creating a respectful, anti bullying workplace is a critical part of attracting and retaining employees who feel safe, empowered and best able to do their jobs.

This course will examine ways to build a respectful work environment and how to enhance morale and employee engagement, while addressing strategies on how to prevent and appropriately deal with workplace bullying/violence.
