SCMP 002 - Math Explorers (Gr. 1-2)
Course Description
How do numbers work? How is math used in the everyday world around us? Get the answers to these questions and more while exploring the math behind patterns, shapes, and the world around us. Work in groups to solve math challenges on your way to becoming mini mathematicians.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Numeracy, Thinking, Working with others
NOTE: This camp is for those looking to explore a variety of mathematical concepts and is not intended as a remedial math camp.
- For youth entering grades 1 or 2 in September.
- Register using your child’s name.
- Registration for camp and lunch closes at 12:00pm (MST) on the Thursday before the camp begins. Late registrations will not be accepted.
- Camps run from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
