GFTG 108 - Gasfitter Class A Red Seal Interprovincial Exam Preparation
Course Description
This course is designed for certified Gasfitter “A” Journeypersons and all others preparing to challenge the Canadian Interprovincial Gasfitter “A” Exam. The focus of the course will emphasize both theory and an overview of topics that are covered in the Interprovincial Exam. A solid basis in the fundamentals and extensive use of the fuel gas codes will furnish the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve Canadian Interprovincial Gasfitter “A” certification.

Additional Requisite Information:
Before enrolling in this course, we reccomend that you
- Hold a Provincial Gasfitter “A” Journeyperson Certification or
- Have completed the hours required to challenge the exam subject to AIT accreditation review. (NOTE: The AIT Application and verification process can take as long as 7 months.)
It is also recommended (but not required) that you possess 2 - 5 years of field experience in the gasfitting trade.
