ARCH 363 - Building Code II

Course Description
In Building Code II, students will develop skills in the use of Part 3 of the code book, for larger or complex buildings. Material covered includes further studies of fire safety in building construction, including rated and labeled assemblies; multiple occupancy requirements; building size and occupancy requirements; spatial separation including the use of limiting distance tables; means of egress; health, service spaces as well as barrier-free design.
