Course Description
Construction Contract Administration covers contract administration from just before a project is put out for tender until the construction comes to a financial and contract close. Topics such as the roles and responsibilities of the project team, organizing a project database, handling document flow during the construction phase until close-out, quality control processes and their importance in a construction project, progress billing and closing out the financial aspect of a project are discussed. The course deals primarily from a General Contractor’s perspective, but the roles and responsibility of construction team are covered.
