ARCH 370 - Building Systems Technology IV

Course Description
Building Systems Technology IV continues the system approach to building design. The student will produce drawings for a commercial building simulated in a real world working environment. Students will apply principles of building envelope design for the Canadian climate. Possible topics include site planning, building planning, structural systems, cladding, protecting envelopes, and roofing. Concepts are reinforced through lab activities, site visits, and guest lectures.
