ARCH 381 - Construction Planning and Scheduling
Course Description
This course is an introduction to construction project planning and scheduling; topics include defining a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), developing Activity-On-Arrow (AOA) and Activity-On-Node (AON) network models and bar charts, using the Critical Path Method (CPM), applying the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). Microsoft Project software is used in this course.
