ESTM 260 - Estimating I

Course Description
This course will cover the function of estimating and the role of the estimator in the construction industry. Quantity take-off of excavations, foundations, site services, residential concrete and form work, framing and finish carpentry, interior and exterior finishes are covered. Finalize a complete estimate of a residential project including quantity takeoff, pricing and summary.
