CHEN 308 - Chemical Engineering Calculations
Course Description
Chemical Calculation II is a continuation of Chemical Calculations I with an emphasis on systems where reactions take place. Topics include: mass & energy balance, phase behavior of gas vapour mixtures, real gas relationships, combustion, humidification and mixing of solutions. A process simulator (HYSIS) is used to illustrate concepts addressed in class.
