RESR 425 - Reservoir Simulation

Course Description
This course covers the fundamentals and the theory of numerical reservoir modeling. Commercial numerical reservoir simulators are used to study the performance and recovery of reservoirs with complex geometry under primary and secondary drive mechanisms. The water flooding and miscible flooding techniques are studied through several reservoir simulation projects.
