THRM 235 - Thermodynamics
Course Description
A basic foundation of thermodynamics is provided with an emphasis on the application of thermodynamics to solve practical problems encountered in Chemical Engineering. Topics include: First & Second Law of Thermodynamics, Phase Behavior and Thermodynamic properties of pure substances, application of Steam Tables & Mollier Charts. Theoretical concepts are reinforced through related lab activities.
