BAKE 450 - Wedding Cakes


Course Description
Prepare and decorate a variety of traditional and contemporary wedding cakes using buttercream, rolled fondant and royal icing details. Create gum paste flowers and flower bouquets for the purpose of decorating a three-tier wedding cake. Learn the multiple uses of marzipan.
