HLAW 200 - Hospitality Law
Course Description
This course focuses on areas of potential liability for the hospitality industry, including personal injury, property damage and responsibility under the Innkeepers Act. Other relevant legal issues such as the role of contracts in business, the Canadian Court System and the legal responsibility of managers to guests and employees are considered.
