ARCH 390 - Residential Architectural Building Systems IV Course Description Building Systems IV focuses on “real life” critical paths in the development of a medium density residential project; from the development of raw land to the execution of design concepts and working drawings. Students will work in groups to simulate a “real office” situation. The process includes interpretations of an area redevelopment plan, by-laws, and building code review. The final submission will be a partial working drawing set. Use critical thinking throughout the process in order to determine what information is important and pertinent for the various stages of a project.
