Course Description
Operational Performance Analytics uses and applies the data provided by hospitality and tourism property management systems, point-of-sale systems and other industry software to generate informed business decisions. Topics include third-party competitive sets and data mining, as well as the legal aspects and requirements surrounding security, privacy and ethics.
