MMGT 205 - Business Analysis for Business Intelligence Applications
Course Description
This course is an introduction to the role of business analysis in a business development lifecycle. Students will learn the business intelligence lifecycle, the role of corporate performance management, business intelligence value within various business functional groups (i.e. finance, supply change management), and business requirements gathering for corporate performance management methodologies.
