BEVM 210 - Wine and Spirits Appreciation

Course Description
This course will cover product knowledge of wine, spirits and beer. The regulatory requirements of the AGLC and the host liability implications arising out of serving alcoholic beverages are also addressed. Detailed analysis of major wine producing countries will be covered. Spirits and beer production methods are examined in detail.
