MEAT 212 - Practical Shop I Course Description Practical Shop I is an introductory, hands-on meat cutting course designed to give students practical skills in order to work in the meat industry. Students who successfully complete Practical Shop I will have the foundational skills necessary for building on in Practical Shop II.
