DENT 263 - Practice Management

Course Description
Practice Management provides an overview of dental office procedures and management skills with focus placed on assisting learners in developing skills required to be contributing members of a team. Topics will include conflict management, problem solving, decision making, developing patient/client relations, leadership and legal and ethical issues in the dental workplace.
