MGMT 301 - Management Skills

Course Description
Management Skills provides an introduction to health care organization behaviour. Skills related to managing conflict, evaluating employees, effecting change, budget planning, productivity, resource use and workload measurement are discussed. This course will be delivered in a primarily self-directed learning format.
