Course Description
Leadership at all levels is fundamental to the sustainable success of organizations. You will examine leadership from early theories through to contemporary approaches to leadership. You will examine the effect of leadership on ethics, power and the culture of an organization. Working individually and in group settings, you will gain an understanding of the power of exemplary leadership to enhance motivation, communication and performance.
