HSCI 207 - Contact Lenses and Dispensing 1

Course Description
This practical course is utilizing the knowledge obtained in Optical Dispensing 1 by providing the learner with hands-on exposure to dispensing lab tools and equipment, as well as experience in taking measurements and verifying single vision spectacle prescriptions In. The course also offers hands-on-training using the appropriate instruments to measure, assess and fit contact lenses. The students will also apply obtained knowledge on soft and rigid contact maintenance and care.
