This professional development course teaches the nuances of consulting and consensus building for those who deliver expertise to internal and external customers. Learn how to better partner with your peers, managers and clients to produce results and more successfully sell your ideas.
Using a five strategy expertise delivery model, you will develop questioning skills and strategic thinking to gain leverage on your expertise. Learning how to consult effectively will enhance your working relationships, leaving you confident to build consensus amongst stakeholders through tactful influence.
