CODE 252 - Masters Code and Applied Theory Course Description Understanding the electrical code and trade practices in Alberta
This course is designed to advance your knowledge in electrical design or engineering in residential, commercial or industrial sectors. The primary objective of this course is to prepare first class electricians for the “Masters Certification Exam”. The secondary objective is to enhance the knowledge of engineers and technologists working within the industry.
This training covers the Canadian Electrical Code, Alberta STANDATA, Industry Training Act, Electrician and Apprentice regulations, O.H.S.A., WCB and Permit Regulations.
Please Note: In order to write the Masters Certification Exam, Electricians must have their Journeyman Electrician Ticket for a minimum of 3 years.
