Course Description
This course provides the learner with the knowledge and understanding of Production Operations Systems used in the oil and gas industry. The objectives cover an Introduction to Instrumentation, Pressure Measurement, Transmitters, Instrument Calibration, Pneumatic instruments, Electronic Instruments, Level Measurement, Flow Measuring & Metering, Temperature Measurement, Instrumentation Control, Control Valves, Fire & Gas detection, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
