PHOT 131 - Advanced Photography

Course Description
Advanced Photography is designed to help students to maximize their cameras capability to capture detail through advanced exposure and histogram usage. Students will also gain a solid understanding of flash techniques along with the use of ambient light for dramatic results, the benefits of the dynamic range of their cameras as well as its’ colour and editing potential. They will learn advanced exposure techniques and how to achieve professional results based on a detailed understanding of flash and ambient light. Students will be challenged to communicate strongly with their photographs through thought provoking assignments.
