Course Description
An important function of senior property managers is developing housing proposals. You will review the key steps in developing, planning and organizing a housing project proposal. Key learning on this topic is achieved through an outline and step-by-step process for developing both CMHC and INAC proposals. These processes deal with typical circumstances so that you can review them in the context of your own First Nation.
