PROJ 101 - Food & Beverage Capstone


Course Description
At this stage you have successfully completed six courses in SAIT’s Food and Beverage Leadership Certificate of Achievement, which covers all aspects of the food and beverage industry from finance to marketing, leadership to operations, and strategy to human resources.

As the final step in this certificate, the Capstone food and beverage course is designed to help you bring the full scope of this learning together and apply your newly acquired expertise in a practical setting. You will integrate the skills and knowledge learned during the program to analyze and respond to real world situations found in food and beverage operations.

The Capstone is the final of seven courses in SAIT’s Food and Beverage Leadership Certificate of Achievement program.
