PROJ 104 - Food and Beverage Project Management


Course Description
Being a successful business leader requires unique skills and competencies. Two traits common to all great leaders and companies are the ability to make smart and sound business decisions and the ability to successfully execute upon those decisions. This project management course focuses on developing an understanding of high-level project management processes and how they are applied and executed to assist food and beverage operations achieve strategic goals.

Project Management may be taken independently or as one of seven courses in SAIT’s Food and Beverage Leadership Certificate of Achievement program.
