Excellent business communication and negotiation skills are imperative for successful construction planning. This course introduces essential communication and negotiation concepts and builds on the techniques required to effectively and concisely convey and confirm your spoken message in several types of conversations. You will hone your verbal interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate and negotiate with power.
