Course Description
Explore the wonderful world of chocolate in this beginner’s chocolatier class. Discover the history behind one of the most loved luxury treats out there. Learn first-hand how to temper chocolate, make chocolates through various dipping and molding methods and basic chocolate decorating techniques. The focus of this training will be developing your artistic side while tantalizing your taste buds.
