SCMP 190 - STEM Explorers (Gr. 5-6)

Course Description
Explore what it means to be a scientist, a technologist, an engineer, and a mathematician all in one week! Engage in hands-on activities throughout the week where you’ll get to conduct your own chemistry and biology experiments using real-life science equipment, learn about scientific method, program robots, code games, engineer and design your own machine, and solve clues using your mathematician skills. At the end of the week, work with your team to showcase your STEM skills through a final project.

Essential Skills: Numeracy, Digital technology, Working with others

For youth entering grades 5 or 6 in September.
Register using your child’s name.
Registration for this program closes at 12:00pm (MST) on the Thursday before the program begins. Late registrations will not be accepted.
