CPMT 100 - Construction Project Management

Course Description
First Nations housing managers are responsible for managing many types of projects, ranging from maintenance management to full-scale housing construction. Successfully completing these projects is a matter of applying basic project management techniques. In this course you will learn the responsibility of a project manager and typical project management duties. You will also see the value of having a good project plan, how project schedules relate to budgets and cash flow and, finally, the problems project managers face.
